Our Security Guard Service Policies
Owl Sight Security Services (PPO# 121762) holds every security guard and every assignment to a set of enforceable service policies that protect your property, your budget, and your expectations. These are not guidelines. They are commitments we make to every client before coverage begins and enforce throughout every shift.
Policies That Hold Us Accountable
At Owl Sight Security Services every client is protected by enforceable service policies that address the most common problems property managers experience with security providers. If we do not meet the standard, the policy tells you exactly what happens next.
Two Strike Policy
If a security guard receives two verified performance-related complaints, the guard will be removed from the account and replaced. You should never have to ask more than twice for the same problem to be resolved. After the second verified complaint the guard is reassigned and a new guard is deployed to your property.
No Ghost Shift Policy
If a guard fails to report for a scheduled shift, Owl Sight Security Services will immediately work to provide coverage and notify the client of the situation. Your property should never be left unprotected without your knowledge. If a guard does not show up we contact you immediately and deploy a replacement as fast as possible so the gap in coverage is minimized.
20-Minute Policy
If a guard reports more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled shift, the first hour of service for that shift will not be billed to the client. You are paying for coverage that starts on time. If we are late you should not pay full price for a shift that started late. The first hour is on us.
Uniform Standards Policy
All guards are expected to report to duty in a clean, professional uniform and maintain proper grooming and appearance standards while representing Owl Sight Security Services. Your guard is the face of your property's security. They should look professional from the moment they arrive to the moment their shift ends. Guards who do not meet uniform standards are addressed immediately.
Client Transparency Policy
Clients receive access to reports, patrol activity, incident documentation, and updates to help ensure complete transparency regarding services performed on their property. You should never have to wonder what happened on your property during a shift. Every report, every patrol log, and every incident record is available to you so you always have a complete picture of the coverage being provided.
Critical Incident Response Policy
If a major incident occurs such as a break-in, fire, vandalism, serious injury, alarm activation, or other emergency situation, Owl Sight Security Services will dispatch a supervisor to the property to assist the on-site guard, support response efforts, and help ensure proper communication and documentation. Your guard should never handle a critical incident alone. When something serious happens a supervisor is sent to the site to take control of the situation alongside the guard already on the ground.
Rate Stability Policy
Sign a two-year service agreement and your hourly rate is locked for the full 24 months with no price increases regardless of market changes or rate adjustments applied to other accounts. You should never have to worry about your security costs increasing while you are under contract. Your rate is set on the day you sign and it stays there until the agreement ends.
Quality Assurance Policy
We conducts routine client satisfaction reviews to evaluate officer performance and service quality. Clients are given the opportunity to rate their assigned officers, recognize exceptional service, and provide feedback regarding any desired improvements. Management reviews all feedback and takes appropriate action when necessary.
Perimeter Patrol Verification Policy
Owl Sight Security Services believes patrols should be verified, not assumed. When appropriate, site-specific post orders include perimeter patrol requirements. Electronic checkpoints are strategically placed throughout the property to help verify that officers are completing full perimeter patrols and inspecting key areas. Patrol activity is documented through our reporting system and can be made available for client review.
