Safelist Your Guest's Vehicle

If your community or property is patrolled by Owl Sight Security Services, you can safelist a guest's vehicle to prevent it from receiving a parking violation citation or being towed during overnight patrols. Our officers check license plates throughout their shift to identify vehicles that do not belong to registered residents. Submitting a safelist request before patrol begins ensures your guest's vehicle is recognized and left undisturbed while parked on the property.

Each safelist request covers one vehicle for the dates you specify. Fill out the form with the vehicle details, the nights it will be parked on the property, and the reason for the visit. Once submitted, our team verifies your residency and sends a confirmation to the email address you provide. If you are hosting a large gathering with multiple vehicles, please email your property manager directly and CC your account manager so our team can coordinate coverage for that evening. Safelisting does not override posted parking rules, fire lane restrictions, reserved stall assignments, or any guest-parking limits established by your community.
